Pradeep Surgipack introduces Surgipack® brand of Sterilisation Packaging products for convenient packing & sealing of consumables & re-usables. Suitable for Steam & Gas Sterilisation.

Surgipack® brand sterilisation pouches are offered as:

  • Flat & Guzzetted Rolls Stock
  • Flat & 3-Side Sealed Chevron Pouches and
  • Self-Seal Pouches

All Surgipack® products come with standard 60 Gsm.

Medical Grade Paper conforming to EN 868 allowing Steam & Gas permeability and Plain clear, see-through laminate film for, easy identification of contents and retention of sterility. 3-line seal, allows smooth & easy peelability. Steam & ETO Gas, colour-change process indicators and standard features.

  • All pouches come with “thumb-notch” for easy opening.
  • Self-seal pouches feature a strong self-adhesive strip for easy removal for backing strip and folding over allowing an integral seal for firm closure & sterilisation of packed items.
  • Self-seal and chevron pouches come with reinforced corners to prevent dust from collecting near opening, thereby reducing the risk of contamination.
